The Challenge

Business was good and Aimee was looking to do a push and expand to take the business to the next level. If she could increase the bookings, that would bring in more revenue and she could employ more staff to do the parties, meaning she could take a step back from that side of the business and concentrate working on the business, not in it.   Initial discussions revealed that her website needed a facelift, and her operational processes were manual and time-consuming.


Discovery and Strategy

Upon my recommendation, Aimee and I met to discuss her business goals over coffee. It became evident that her aspirations to expand and eventually step back from daily operations required a holistic approach.

Proposed Solutions

1. Rebranding

To address the outdated website, we proposed a rebranding initiative to enhance the business's visual identity and online presence.

2. Communication Strategy

We worked together to develop a comprehensive communication strategy, including a CRM implementation, email templates, and a referral scheme. This aimed to streamline interactions with clients and boost customer engagement.

3. Efficiency Enhancement

We conducted a review and implemented automation where possible. This included automating quote generation, booking, and invoicing processes.

4. Marketing to Database

We devised a plan to leverage Aimee's existing client database, transforming it into a valuable asset through targeted marketing campaigns, newsletters, and personalised communications.

Unexpected Turn

During our collaboration, Aimee received the joyful news of her pregnancy. This unexpected development highlighted the importance of streamlining operations for her upcoming maternity leave.
