Business was good and Aimee was looking to do a push and expand to take the business to the next level. If she could increase the bookings, that would bring in more revenue and she could employ more staff to do the parties, meaning she could take a step back from that side of the business and concentrate working on the business, not in it. Initial discussions revealed that her website needed a facelift, and her operational processes were manual and time-consuming.
Upon my recommendation, Aimee and I met to discuss her business goals over coffee. It became evident that her aspirations to expand and eventually step back from daily operations required a holistic approach.
