CLH Aesthetics was born through Courtney Hanna’s desire to empower women to love their own skin and inspire a new generation of aesthetics. After studying the industry and passing the relevant qualifications, Courtney started to offer treatments from her home in Leicester around her full time job. From the initial discovery meeting, we established that within the next year Courtney plans to move into a premises and in future open an academy for people wanting to train in aesthetics. Whilst empowering people to love their skin now, she will be inspiring a new generation in the future.

The Challenge


Working full time and treating clients in between, little time is left to concentrate on building the foundations of a business and taking the leap to give up guaranteed monthly pay is risky, especially in today's uncertain times. Courtney needed to get the business as ready as it could possibly be before she commits to it full time. So she can build on her existing clients and secure the income she needs monthly to cover bills. To launch her business she would need; >>

  • A Website - A user friendly website where people can find treatments, previous work and testimonials and be able to book appointments
  • Marketing material to show her clients she is a professional company including business cards and flyers
  • On brand social media content to launch and drive traffic to website
  • A strategy that will increase number of clients and expand audience

The Solution

Our Start Up to Side Hustle was the perfect fit for Courtney. From an initial brief where we decided the look and feel of the brand we kept in contact with Courtney throughout the process and supported with:


  • Site plan and design of the website - Writing the copy, sourcing imagery and working with the web developer making the process as smooth as possible
  • Design of marketing materials - Including 2 x roller banners, business cards and flyers
  • Social Media Starter Pack - Created content including video, graphic and stories
  • Booking System - Setting up the programme that allows customers and prospects to book appointments electronically


Courtney was kept in the loop at every stage of the process and approved all designs and copy. From initial conversation to completion of the project ready to launch, took 5 weeks.
