About me: A People focused Lead Consultant who has successfully formulated and implemented significant company transformational change, design and delivery of business service models and department conversion through their entire lifecycle and continually worked on improvements to process and quality. With a MSc in Leadership and Management and over 30 years’ experience leading people/Departs, I’ve continued to define, develop and deliver a vision and service strategy in-line with wider business requirements, including but not limited to an IT services roadmap. A history of success in diverse industry sectors including the Public Sector, Government, Finance, IT, Retail, Education, Charity, Construction and Recruitment. Recent focus has been towards creating high performing teams that manage the attainment of contractual obligations, increasing NPS and cementing Leadership across several technical Departments, along with mental resilience training to increase productivity.
Passion beyond work: I'm a fully qualified counsellor, teach self defence and raise money for Action for Children by providing my village with musical entertainment events. I also have a charity that is looking to help young people gain access to critical training that will help them be the best versions of themselves.
Positive Impact: I can help any company increase their productivity and create the maximum amount of revenue whilst helping their employees become mentally resilient.
