About me: I am an independent singer/songwriter based in Leicester. I discovered a love for songwriting at the age of 17, and it took over my life. I've studied English Literature at university, but always maintained the dream of having a career in music. By the end of 2023, I have released three EPs, dozens of singles and lots of video content on YouTube. In the works, I'm developing my next two EPs, a short film, a headline live event and a musical!
Passion beyond work: Outside of songwriting, I'm a passionate filmmaker and story teller. Whether in lyrics, film or literature, I love to tell engaging and exciting stories. I love to draw on personal experiences and write them into stories. Purely for fun, I've crafted a sitcom, written a novel and begun developing two more.
Positive Impact: I would love to see my work bring joy. It sounds very cliche, I know. I'm not the sort of artist who strives to convey political or educational messages as such, but instead I want my work to be purely enjoyable and refreshing. I want my music to be an escape from any misery in the world, yet still remain accessible and relatable. I love nothing more than connecting with others through music, and a real dream for me would be to hear the ways that my music makes others feel.
